What has changed for you since your last appearance on the podcast?

I've had surgery, done knee rehab, changed careers and fields, started teaching Yoga more, lost my cousin, several friends, and my mother.

How do you feel about aging abroad?

Better than I would in the USA, for real.

What’s your personal philosophy on aging gracefully?

It's happening to all of us, and it's my turn. I'm not alone, though I feel that way sometimes. It's easier to prioritize my peace and remove anything that disrupts it. And to accept that for others, that means they must remove me.
