Meet Meka
I am a Global Educator and Yoga Instructor for children and teens and have spent the last 18 years of my life abroad exploring the world, living in Asia (Japan, Korea, Vietnam) and Africa (Burkina Faso, Cameroon). I recently began a new journey as a growth marketer, scribe and production hand for Bhutan Wine Company whose aim is to develop the fine wine industry in the Magical Kingdom of Bhutan. Currently living in Thimphu, Bhutan.

What wellness practices/mindset shifts have you adopted to support your wellness, sustainability, and longevity abroad?
Found my yoga practice abroad, attending yoga retreats and training, and now teaching what I've learned to children and teens. Adventures have brought me to Bhutan sustainability is a priority through its Gross National Happiness (GNH) philosophy, mandating 60% forest cover, becoming the world's only carbon-negative country, and exporting clean hydropower.

I trust the process of life to bring me my highest good.
