Candice Smith, mother, 5-time published author, multi-passionate entrepreneur, and global citizen. Candice currently lives between Málaga, Spain, and Istanbul, Turkey, with her daughter, where they have created an amazing soft life.

What has changed for you since your last appearance on the podcast?

I’ve relocated to Malaga, Spain, and I started a clothing and fabric line called Love.Soul.Legacy is manufactured in Ghana.

How do you feel about aging abroad?

Sometimes nervous, but also excited about the possibilities.

Reflections on healthcare, beauty, caring for aging parents, empty nesting, or aging transitions?

Living abroad gives me easier access to all of those things, and I feel I can age WELL abroad.

What’s your personal philosophy on aging gracefully?

Showing yourself grace and taking self-care and self-love to the next level.
