Meet Elizabeth:
Elizabeth Goueti is a former employment litigator who works as a diversity, equity, and inclusion leader. She is passionate about helping women manage life through conflict resolution and negotiation skills. She has taught women worldwide how to flex their courage muscle in negotiations, whether at work, in business, or in relationships. Elizabeth is a proud first-generation American. She recently lived in Medellin, Colombia for 3 years with her husband and two children before repatriating to the Washington DC area in Spring 2022.
